Please contact Lisa Kubinski at 330-652-9919 or email her directly at lisakubinski@eticollege.edu.  There is a $45 fee (to be paid before the verification is processed) and payments are made with credit card information over the phone, faxed or mailed to 2076 Youngstown Warren Road, Niles, Ohio 44446. Verifications are done through fax and a written release (written or electronic) is required to process the request.
